I have received excellent help from all of the IT folks. Today I want to make a special shout out to Dustin. I am a digital dinosaur, and I had a problem which has bugged me for weeks.

Dustin has the patience of Job. He carefully showed me step by step how to resolve my issues. He should be teaching computer usage to seniors like me.

I am very grateful that he is there. I insisted that I have the name of his chief so I could convey my thanks.
