I wanted to take few minutes to send a little note of thanks to commend your Help Desk team. 

Unfortunately I've had several desktop/computer issues over the the past couple of weeks, but thanks to your team doing an outstanding job I'm on track. The team members who assisted me were patient and very courteous.
